As a trained medical scientist and practitioner of a variety of therapeutic modalities, I help people feel better using a body-centered approach that addresses many aspects of The Self (physical, mental, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual). Our physical health and well-being are deeply rooted within this larger context of The Self.
A variety of embodied modalities that bridge specific aspects of The Self are comprehensively integrated and finely woven into a unique strategy of care that addresses your symptoms, within the larger context of “you”. My approach with you, in this way, provides a framework from which the two of us can better identify and navigate sustainable shift in your system.
As a trauma-informed professional bodyworker, Somatic Experiencing® techniques are integrated into my practices, supporting safety and stability.
You can learn more about this body-centered approach to resolving recurrent symptoms of overwhelm and trauma at Somatic Experiencing International.
