Manual Therapy

At times, manual therapy is required to alleviate stubborn soft-tissue restrictions that may be impeding optimal movement patterns and contributing to your symptoms. Licensed as a Massage Therapist (LMT) and additionally trained in the JFB Myofascial Release Approach®, I apply Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release techniques to effect change in the myofascial and sensory systems. These changes are then neuromuscularly reinforced with PRI-specific restorative exercises and activities. This integrative strategy provides your body a new framework and reference system from which to move better, breathe better, and feel better.
“… expertise has encompassed balance, stature, movement, breathing, massage therapy, and well-placed referrals … creating a regimen that best benefits Kenny’s needs.”
